Found an answer that does not add up?

Help us check the explanation, its source or the scope of a requirement. The exact question is a better starting point than a score.

What should I send?

Email corrections@certprepper.com with the page URL, the claim or question and the source that appears to disagree. Include the certification type, provider or rule date if it changes the issue.

Please do not send recalled exam questions, private exam material or account details. Public documentation is the useful evidence here.

How is the explanation checked?

We compare the report with the article and its sources, consult relevant original documentation and consider the effect on the advice. A claim that remains unsupported is qualified or removed.

Will a correction be visible?

Material factual corrections are made in the article with a note explaining what changed. A substantive revision receives an updated date. Small spelling, formatting and broken-link fixes are not presented as a new lesson.

What if the wording could be unsafe?

Safety reports receive priority, and advice may be withdrawn while reviewed. This inbox is not an emergency service. Contact appropriate local help for an immediate hazard; do not wait for an editorial response.
